Cancellation Policy
APPOINTMENT POLICIES
To ensure the best experience for all guests, appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
A minimum of 48 hoursâ notice is kindly requested for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hoursâ notice will incur a $50 fee charged to the card on file.
For same-day no-shows, 50% of the total service price booked will be charged to the card on file.
